FAQ for Social Marketing

Open Firefox, links would be added as bookmarks upon opening. 

Check messages & notifications:

1. Youtube:

Click on Youtube bookmark and then click on the bell (right corner next to profile picture). 

2. Facebook & Messenger:

Click on the Facebook bookmark and click on the messenger icon (top right) for new messages. Check notifications for comments on posts also. Close tab.

Next open Meta Business Suite, open Inbox. Check All messages (will possibly be highlighted blue left top corner) for any new messages. Also check Facebook and Instagram comments.

3. Tiktok

Click on TikTok bookmark. Notifications is right corner. 

4. Twitter

Open X bookmark. Notifications will be left side.

5. Pinterest:

Open Pinterest. Notifications, messages etc. will be left corner.

Posting:

1. Youtube:

Click on Youtube bookmark and then click on the camera (right corner next to profile picture). Make sure to choose a Thumbnail. Audience must be No, it’s not made for kids. Age restriction must be No, don’t restrict my video to viewers over 18 only. Skip Video elements and Checks. Visibility should be Public.

2. Facebook & Messenger:

Click on the Facebook bookmark and look center for “What’s on your mind?” Click on Photo/Video.

Change “What’s on your mind?” to the title of the post. Add a photo or video. If video added then after video click Edit, Change Thumbnail, Choose suggested, then choose a fitting image. Click Save.

3. Instagram:

Click on Instagram bookmark. Left side above profile, click Create, Post. Make sure to select 16:9 when cropping. Write caption and add Niekerball Computers as location.

4. Tiktok:

Click on TikTok bookmark. Upload is right corner. Make sure to choose a fitting cover. 

5. Twitter:

Open X bookmark. Post will be in blue left side.

6. Pinterest:

Open Pinterest. Click on the hamburger bar next to Pinterest left corner, under Create click Create Pin. Make sure to choose the right board.
